[00:00:05] Happy New Year! Happy New Year to you too! Woohoo! 2025! Oh my god, I can't, I don't even know where 2024 has went. Seriously, I really don't know where it's went to. How was your year last year?

[00:00:20] Yeah, it was the fastest year that I'd felt so far and it was a lot that happened within the year. A lot of development that happened in the year and it was nice to see that after what's felt like a bit of stagnant time for a while.

[00:00:39] So it was really nice to see development. So that's always what Hogmanay was for me, which is a real day of setting intentions for the year ahead.

[00:00:50] And that's normally where I would write my list of the things that I would want to achieve that year and then I could tick them off by the end of the following year.

[00:01:00] Being a business owner, I'm always having to justify myself and quantify myself in some sort of way.

[00:01:06] But as I'm getting older, it's becoming easier to take that pressure off.

[00:01:12] We put so much high expectation on ourselves that we have to meet that goal.

[00:01:17] And if we don't meet it, we really are hard on ourselves because we've set that expectation.

[00:01:23] It's a journey to get there. Tomorrow's a new day. Yesterday doesn't matter anymore because it's happened.

[00:01:29] Everything becomes a sense of the journey rather than it being about the end goal as part of that.

[00:01:35] Scotland's women, our lives, our stories.
