[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_00]: People totally see through it if you're not being honest or you're not given as much as you can.
[00:00:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And you lose the root. You begin to then you can see it as a leader.
[00:00:31] [SPEAKER_00]: I think it actually is that environment where human connections are supposed to be.
[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're connected to people, you can challenge people but it's in the right way.
[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_00]: And you both have in beyond that you're connected. You don't cause your friends. You don't cause your luck, your goal work,
[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_00]: or you just want to be the banks, the best for them.
[00:00:49] [SPEAKER_00]: But that comes out of agreeing with your values. We've got four values that we agreed to.
[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_00]: We've bought that connection. We listen. We understand where we're passionate and empathetic.
