[00:01:05] [SPEAKER_00]: You've painted them with neon lights
[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: To make sure that then you're always staying on track

[00:01:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Third one, mental health and energy
[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_00]: If what they're asking of me
[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Is going against
[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not going to help my mental health
[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Or I don't have the energy for it
[00:01:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have the time for it
[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's a no
[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: So the three things I always run the thought around
[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Is this to keep my priorities
[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Is this to keep my values
[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_00]: And is this to keep my mental health and my energy
[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Do what I have to do to do this
[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_00]: And if everything's a no
[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a no
[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Scotland's women
