We can change our story. Our past does not dictate our future. But why when we try and make these changes and live the life we want, that little voice in our head try's to destroy it? Where does it come from? Why is it telling me that Im not good enough, smart enough or even capable enough? Karen Leigh chats to Scotland's Women about how she overcame these negative self beliefs, and became the woman she is today. Karen tells her story of growing up and never feeling she was good enough, and openly sharing how she is in recovery with a eating disorder. It was when she became a mother she knew she wanted a better life for her and her family, it was then she decided to go down her own path of understanding herself and how these negative self believe are emotions and thoughts we can control. Being in a healthy mind state Karen knew more women needed to know this. She has made it her mission to help women on their path and how they can discover how amazing possibilities and life they can have. This is Karen's Story.
